West Hope Group has signed an agreement with Italy's TWB Group, which both parties will jointly invest RMB4 billion (US$653 million) in the span of 5 years, to build and develop a swine breeding facility and food safety supply chain system in China. They are determined to construct a production system that meets EU standards, to ensure the quality and safety of their products.

With an annual turnover of more than US$125 billion, TWB Group specialises in food safety supply chain and its core business include setting up of natural agricultural, animal husbandry and food industries chain and production lines (especially in swine sector) that have zero environmental impact and sanitary safety.Giovanni Fontana,president of TWB Group, was the former Minister of Agriculture for Italy.
