Dinnissen introduces Ultra Dust-Free Pegasus^® Mixer (Press release)

Dinnissen Process Technology has introduced a special Ultra Dust-Free Pegasus^® Mixer which provides zero leakage of ingredients during production process and guarantees homogeneous and accurate end product.

Like all Dinnissen's mixers with dust-tight discharge valves, the new Ultra Dust-Free Pegasus^® Mixer has an exclusive labyrinth seal developed by Dinnissen, comes fitted with special sensors which provides 100% guarantee of bottom valve performance.

This ensures valves are 100% dust-tight and provides an additional guarantee that no materials whatsoever will leak away from the mixing process to other parts of the production process. The mixer always remains filled exactly as intended and there is an additional safety feature in place to eliminate the risk of contaminating the production process elsewhere. The end result is an even better quality and homogeneity of product mixtures.

In addition, users of this mixer have an option of fitting a segregation-free control programme to further optimise the homogeneity and quality of their products.
