South Korea NOFI Seeks Up To 207,500 MT Corn In Tender Tue
South Korea's Nonghyup Feed Inc., or NOFI, will seek up to 207,500 metric tons of optional-origin corn in a buy tender to be held at 0730 GMT Tuesday, said a company official.
NOFI will buy four cargoes of corn to arrive in South Korea Jan. 5, Jan. 25 and Jan. 30, 2005.
Suppliers can provide corn from any origin, but the NOFI official said they are likely to buy corn from China for the first cargo given the nearby shipment date.
Cargoes have to arrive at two out of five designated ports: Incheon, Kunsan, Ulsan, Busan and Mokpo.
