China Modern Agricultural Information completes epidemic prevention for dairy cows

 

 

Livestock firm, China Modern Agricultural Information, has concluded the autumn epidemic prevention for all its dairy cows.

 

In a release, the company noted that this practice is a systematic process to assure the stable and high yield of output as well as the cows' health and in return to assure the sustainable growth of the company.

 

Youliang Wang, Chief Executive Officer of China Modern Agricultural Information, said: "Because China Modern is a major milk source for the Heilongjiang Province, the quality of raw milk produced by the company directly affects the market of raw milk and the health of our customers. Therefore, health monitoring and health-epidemic prevention for the dairy cows are crucial. Hence, the company has been consistently sticking to the principle of 'prevention precedes treatment' which is preventing and suppressing the cow disease, especially the infectious diseases and metabolic diseases. In addition, the company is also completing two major tasks: The vaccination against the major animal epidemic diseases according to the requirements of the government and conduct treatment of parasite for all the cows; and the focus on the sterilisation to all cow houses in order to eliminate the potential sources of epidemic diseases, accompanying by the autumn epidemic prevention."
