China imports more fishmeal in September
China imported 91,922 tonnes of fishmeal in September, up 5.9 percent from August. This was also 11 percent higher compared with September 2006.
Peru (58,880 tonnes), Chile (13,244 tonnes) and the US (10,574 tonnes) were the major exporters of fishmeal to China during the month.
