South Korea MFG Bought 52,500 MT Corn From Concordia October 22
A member from South Korea's Major Feedmill Group bought 52,500 metric tons of optional-origin corn from trading house Concordia in private negotiations concluded Oct. 22, said a trader involved in the talks.
Concordia sold one cargo at $146.98 a ton, for either the US or South American corn. In case of Chinese corn, MFG member agreed to pay $138.98/ton. Both prices are after cost and freight, the trader said.
The cargo is set to arrive in South Korea Jan. 30, 2005.
