China's methionine imports rise in September
China's methionine imports registered 10,103.12 tonnes in September, up by 2,936.21 tonnes from August.
Average import price in September was US$3.22/kg, up by US$0.11/kg compared with the previous month.
Belgium (5,787.50 tonnes), Japan (2,549.52 tonnes) and France (1,586 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during September.
