Methionine prices show signs of stabilising in China
Prices of methionine moved within a narrow rangeduring the week ending October 26.
Supplies of methionine remained ample, partly due to high import volumes during September and partly the result of slow demand.
Price quotes of imported dl-methionine were stable to lower in the range of RMB32.50-33.50/kg.
With supplies abundant, the upward scope of methionine market will be limited.
