Vietnam's Ba Huan company introduces omega-3 enriched egg
Ba Huan Co., Ltd., one of the leading fresh egg suppliers in Vietnam, has introduced omega-3 enriched eggs to its product offerings.
The new egg product comes from layer breed provided by Hy-Line International, a leader of layer breeding in the United States. Ba Huan uses processing technologies from Dutch company Moba which claims to be able to kill 99.9% of germs.
Ba Huan is the only Vietnamese company to supply eggs from Hy-Line layer.
An omega-3 enriched egg costs VND 4,700 (US$0.22).
