Vietnam's exports to hit $26.5 billion January-October

Vietnam's export turnover is likely to reach US$26.5 billion for the first 10 months 2005, up 22 percent from last year, the country's Trade Ministry said.

Farm products are also estimated to hit record growths of 14-36 percent in export value.

The country hopes to earn US$32.5 billion from exports this year, and US$37.5 billion in 2006. This will mainly come from upping overseas sales of products with big export turnovers, such as seafood and rice.
