Ukraine, Germany agricultural products trade turnover rises US$62.6 million

The commodity turnover of agricultural products between Ukraine and Germany from January-August 2012 reached US$531.5 million, up US$62.6 million on-year.

The parties plan to continue this positive trend and further. In particular, Ukraine and Germany will deepen cooperation in the areas of bioenergy, veterinary medicine and seed production. These matters were discussed at the meeting of the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Prysyazhnyuk and Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Germany to Ukraine Christoph Weil.
