Andritz Group names new biofuel business area head

The Feed and Biofuel Business Area of the Andritz Group has named Peter Fuchs as its new head effective October 1, 2007.

He will be based at Andritz Sprout A/S in Esbjerg, Denmark. Prior to joining the Andritz Group, Fuchs was the CEO for a subsidiary of Siemens in Dubai covering the Lower Gulf Region.

The Feed and Biofuel Business Area of the Andritz Group is global supplier of advanced industrial equipment for the production of feed pellets, fish feed, petfood, and biofuel. With subsidiaries and Sales offices in England, Germany, The Netherlands, France, Slovakia, USA, Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, China, and Australia, the Business Area has approximatly 600 employees globally (thereof 230 in Esbjerg) and annual Sales of approximately 130 million euros.
