Russia lifts ban on poultry imports from Hungary

Russia's federal food quality watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor said Tuesday (October 23) that it has listed a ban on poultry products from Hungary.

The ban was introduced in January after reports of bird flu.

The decision to lift the ban came after Hungarian poultry farms were inspected by Russian and Hungarian veterinary officials.
