South Korea's KFA buys up to 165,000 tonnes corn

 

 

The Seoul branch of the Korea Feed Association (KFA) bought up to 165,000 tonnes of feed corn in private negotiations last week, a trader in Seoul said Monday (Oct 23).

 

Trading house Cargill will supply 55,000 tonnes of US-origin corn at US$192/tonne, to be delivered at Inchon on Feb 10.

 

Toepfer will supply 55,000 tonnes of optional-origin corn at either US$179.30/tonne for China-origin corn or US-origin corn at US$187.3/tonne, to be delivered at Inchon on March 5.

 

Noble Grain will supply either 52,500 tonnes or 55,000 tonnes of US-origin corn at US$193/tonne, to be delivered at Inchon on March 20.
