South Korea's MFG buys 102,500 tonnes corn in private talks

 

 

South Korea's Major Feedmill Group has bought 102,500 tonnes of optional-origin feed corn in private negotiations last week, a trader in Seoul said Monday (Oct 23).

 

Trading house Toepfer will supply 50,000 tonnes of optional-origin corn at either US$179.30/tonne for China-origin corn or US$184.30/tonne for US-origin corn, to be delivered at Inchon port on Feb 20, 2007.

 

Trading house Glencore will supply 52,500 tonnes of optional origin corn at US$179.50 for China-origin corn or US$184.50/tonne for US-origin corn, to be delivered at Kunsan port on March 15, 2007.
