China Whey Weekly: Buyers withhold purchase (week ended Oct 19, 2012)
Trade was light over the week as buyers relied on inventories stockpiled earlier. Moreover, the high prices of whey dampened buying interest, especially as the hog market stayed weak lately. With demand flat and supplies increased, whey prices softened over the week.
