Vitarich Corporation to expand operations
Vitarich Corporation, one of the country's leading poultry integrators and animal feeds producers, continues to expand business operations nationwide to serve its markets better while in the process of corporate rehabilitation.
The Manila Bulletin reported the company recently put up a parent stock breeding farm in Iloilo to further boost its growing poultry business in Western Visayas and to help support increased livestock activities in the region.
Meanwhile, the 56-year-old agri-based firm said it is beefing up operations for expansion of its animal feeds business across the country, and is further dedicating substantial resources for research and development to pave the continuous improvement in production process and product value enhancements of its animal feeds.
The company's Research Centre located in Marilao, Bulacan is the first of its kind in the country and was designed to provide local farmers with world class yet affordable animal and aquaculture feeds.
Vitarich president and chairman Rogelio Sarmiento said the company would continue to develop better products and enhanced services to reach out to many farmers in the country.
Aside from poultry supply and manufacture of animal and aquaculture feeds, the company also has related business in animal nutrition and healthcare.
