One vitamin E producer held prices as high as RMB400/kg, other producers readily negotiated prices, albeit to a limited extent, while demand remained sluggish.

The production of vitamin E is likely to be affected as the environmental inspection team tightens controls in Shandong. Nonetheless, with feed sales slow, the upward scope of vitamin A prices will be limited.
