China's meat protein prices fall slightly

China's meat product prices saw both rises and falls last week with pork price down by 0.7%, while both beef and mutton were up by 0.2%.

The retail price of chicken and eggs fluctuated by a small amount, with egg prices down by 0.6% compared to the previous week and the price of chicken up by 0.1%.

The average wholesale prices of aquatic products were down by 1.4% compared to the previous week, with the biggest falls in the price of small hairtail, chub and large hairtail, down by 2.9%, 2.8% and 2.2%, respectively.
