Philippine hog weekly: Lacklustre sales underpin farmgate hog prices (week ended Oct 16, 2013)
Recent poor sales have pulled down prices of Philippine farmgate hogs over the week. Producers say market has been sluggish over slow buying with some meat producers already filling up the demand for their specialty meats for the Christmas holidays.
