Japanese Ministry To Seek 151,000 MT Wheat In Tender Thursday
Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries will seek a total of 151,000 metric tons of milling wheat from the US, Canada and Australia in its weekly tender to be held Thursday, an official at the ministry said Tuesday.
The ministry will buy 90,000 tons of US wheat, 20,000 tons of Canadian wheat and 41,000 tons of Australian wheat, the official said.
The wheat cargoes are to be shipped between Dec. 1 - Jan. 10 from the three countries, according to the official.
