Von de Leon was an animal nutritionist in the Philippines for the past 12 years.  Before joining Addcon, he worked with one of the largest swine farms in the Philippines, Foremost Farms, Inc., as Technical Services Manager. He also worked with UNAHCO, the second biggest commercial feed manufacturer in the Philippines, as the Senior Animal Nutritionist. His main duties include feed formulation, applied research and technical extension service. He is a graduate of Agriculture, with a major in Animal Nutrition at the University of the Philippines.

The German-based Addcon Group of companies started its activities in Asia in 2008 and has established a network of partners for the distribution of its feed additives, feed preservatives and silage additives all over Asia since then. Based on "Green Chemistry" Addcon's product range is designed to improve quality of feed and silage and to improve productivity in a sustainable and effective way.
