China Broiler Weekly: Tight supply lifts China breed broiler prices; AA broiler market stays weak (week ended Oct 15, 2014)
Demand showed no signs of recovering in AA broiler market as inventories of slaughterhouses increased while chicken consumption stayed soft. Prices of AA broiler dropped 1.5% on average over the week. Prices of day-old chicks fell by RMB0.30-0.60/chick as falling broiler prices dampened buying interest.
