Russia to lift limits on poultry imports from US state of Pennsylvania
Russia lifted temporary limits on the imports of live chickens, incubator eggs, poultry products, chicken fodder and used poultry equipment from Pennsylvania last week, the Agriculture Ministry announced.
Russia placed a limits on these products on Sep 8, 2006, due to a bird flu outbreak there, Prime Tass said.
The limits on similar imports from Maryland were lifted on October 12.
