Near Term Prices of Vitamin B2 in China Seen Higher
An eFeedLink Exclusive Report
With raw material costs on the rise, one major Chinese producer in Hubei province has temporarily stopped issuing price quotes for its vitamin B products. The producer is reportedly planning to adjust upward its offer prices in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, traders have been continually raising their selling prices.
Prices of China's locally produced vitamin B2 (80%) were at RMB118/kg recently. However, as of October 14, traders are no longer able to secure products from producers at this price level. Accordingly, analysts expect prices of vitamin B2 products in China to move higher in the near term.
