Taiwan MFIG Seeks 56,000 MT US No.2 Corn In Tender

Taiwan's Members Feed Industry Group will seek 56,000 metric tons of US No. 2 yellow corn in a buy tender to be held at 0630 GMT Friday, said a Taipei-based trader who received the tender notice.

MFIG will buy one cargo of corn to be shipped either between Dec. 22-Jan. 5 from the US Gulf, or between Jan. 6-20 from the Pacific Northwest, the trader said.

Suppliers have the option to provide 5% more or less of the tendered quantity.
