It was learned from Haikou Science, Industry and Information Bureau that it had recently approved the construction of a "pig feed" engineering and research centre.

According to them, the centre will be built inside Haikou's Shuangbaotai Feed Co., Ltd. It will run autonomouslywith a separate team and budget.

The construction period for the research centre is scheduled for two years.

Although Haikou province has more than 20 feed companies currently, its engineering and development of such feed products remain to be strengthened. Hence, with the completion of the "pig feed" engineering and research centre, first of its kind in Haikou, it will significantly enhancethe production and engineering capabilities of this industry.
