Market analysis

 

Piglet prices edged lower in several regions, as recent decline in hog prices and persistently high rearing costs dented farmers' buying interest.

 

 

Market forecast

 

Weak piglet demand, coupled with supply scarcity, should confine piglet prices to a narrow range in the short term.
