Korea, Kyongju City Breakout of Hog Cholera
Hog cholera has broken out again in Kyongju city for the 2nd time in 7 months.
The city government said yesterday that 25 pigs at a farm in the region tested positive for the fatal swine disease.
The National Veterinary Research & Quarantine Service has cordoned off the region within 3 km radius of the outbreak point and put down a total of 282 pigs raised at the farm.
