New ISA layer production pool in the Benelux

Institut de Sélection Animale (ISA), with its recently established subsidiary ISA Export, has created under the name Isacom a shared production pool in the Benelux with hatcheries "Het Anker" in The Netherlands and "Vepymo" in Belgium.
The production pool has a capacity of over 240,000 parents Isa Brown, Bovans Brown, Dekalb White and Dekalb Amberlink.
The production pool gives access to more than 60 million hatching eggs, which ISA Export sells as commercial layer hatching eggs or day old chicks in and outside of Europe.
"Thanks to the large production capacity combined with high bio-security standards, the availability of high quality hatching eggs and day old chicks with full traceability is guaranteed", says Hans van Sleeuwen, manager of ISA Export.
ISA is the global operating breeder and distributor of white and brown layers that are suitable for both traditional and alternative production systems under different climate conditions. The company delivers Parent Stock and day old chicks in more than 100 countries from 12 production centers spread across 4 continents and with help of around 300 distributors.
