India poultry firm gains new subsidiary
Venkateshwara Hatcheries has gained Venkys India, a poultry breeding and production company, as its subsidiary.
Venkateshwara Hatcheries had bought the company's shares through the open market.
Venkys India supplies day-old chicks, poultry feed and feed supplements to poultry farms and hatcheries, and markets chicken products to consumers.
