Kemira strengthens team in Asia Pacific

Kemira has announced the appointment of Dr. Javed Hayat as Senior Specialist Technical Support Asia Pacific.

Dr. Javed Hayat joins Kemira with a wealth of international experience and know-how. He has a PhD from the University of Sydney, Australia, and specialised in Poultry Nutrition. Prior to that, he did his Masters at the Department of Animal Sciences at Oregon State University, US, specialising in Poultry Genetics and Management. His Bachelor of Science degree (Hons) in Animal Husbandry was obtained at the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, University of Agriculture in Faisalabad, Pakistan. For the past 10 years, he has worked as technical services manager for the Poultry Farmers Cooperative Western Australia in Perth, Australia.

Dr. Javed Hayat has moved to Singapore recently and joined the team in Singapore office effective October 4, 2010. His responsibilities will include the proper technical support to customers and distributors in product application, especially in the area of Kemira Pro GIT feed acidifiers, Kemira Mould Control and Kemira Bacteria Control solutions.
