Tatarstan increases poultry meat output to 86,000 tonnes

Since January 2010, Tatarstan has produced 86,000 tonnes of poultry meat and 597.3 million pieces of eggs, up by 7.1% and 15%, respectively to last year's result, JSC Tatptitseprom said.

Poultry producers at the JSC Yubileynoe have been the most efficient, delivering 380.3 million eggs in the period, which is 123% to the last year's output.

The Laishevsky poultry complex has supplied 86.2 million eggs to the sales network, which is 106.3% to the last year's result.

The Chelny Broiler firm has produced 54,300 tonnes of poultry meat, displaying a growth of 109.9%.
