Syngenta's corn rootworm trait approved in US

Swiss agribusiness Syngenta AG Wednesday (Oct 4) said its corn rootworm trait, Agrisure RW, received registration approval from the US Environmental Protection Agency.

Syngenta said it will launch for sale corn seed containing Agrisure RW for the 2007 growing season in the US, the world's largest corn market.
