Argentina's 2005/06 wheat sales at 8 million tonnes

 

 

Argentina's 2005/06 wheat sales totalled 8 million tonnes as of Sep 29, according to the Agriculture Secretariat's latest data.

 

That puts sales up from 7.955 million tonnes a week earlier.

 

By this time last year, Argentina had sold 10.480 million tonnes of 2004/05 wheat.

 

The Secretariat provided the following information for 2005/06 and 2004/05 wheat sales in thousands of metric tonnes by destination.
