Shrimp Farms Double In US Ohio
 

A new product is being harvested amid the corn and soybean fields of Ohio, US.

 

The number of freshwater shrimp farms has doubled in two years.

 

The Department of Natural Resources gave its approval for the farms in 2001 after studies showed that shrimp -- or freshwater prawn -- can thrive in Ohio's climate.
