US Export Sales For Grain

Private exporters reported to the U.S. Department of Agriculture the following activity: 

-- Export sales of 160,000 metric tons of corn for delivery to unknown destinations during the 2003/2004 marketing year; 

-- Export sales of 120,000 metric tons of soybeans for delivery to China during the 2003/2004 marketing year;

--Export sales of 120,000 tons of soybeans for delivery to Indonesia.  Of this total, 60,000 tons is for delivery during the 2003/2004 marketing year, and 60,000 tons is for delivery during the 2004/2005 marketing year; and 

-- Export sales of 180,000 metric tons of soybean meal for delivery to the Netherlands during the 2003/2004 marketing year. 

The marketing year began Sept. 1 for corn and soybeans and begins Oct. 1 for soybean meal.
