Santrev Operations is looking to sell Purga Breeder Farms, one of the largest poultry breeding facilities in Australia, for investment, according to the Australian Financial Review.

The property is located near Ipswich in southeast Queensland, and includes 17 poultry breeder facilities over a 63-hectare land. The property is leased to Baiada Poultry, the largest integrated poultry operation in Australia.

The property will be sold for A$23 million (US$20.2 million).

As an alternative to a sale, Santrev Operations would welcome an equity partner arrangement.
