Zinpro appoints dairy veterinarian to Europe research team

 

Zinpro Corporation has appointed Dr Arturo Gomez as dairy veterinarian to the company's Research and Nutritional Services (RNS) team for Europe.

Dr Gomez will be responsible for conducting research and providing dairy technical services in the region, as well as the Middle East and North Africa. He reports to Dr Christof Rapp, the regional RNS manager.

Dr Gomez brings more than eight years of in-field experience to his current position, having independently owned and operated a veterinary practice, and consulting with dairy farms in Spain and Portugal.

He earned his licenciatura en medicina vetererinaria (equivalent to a DVM) from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, Spain. In addition, Dr Gomez holds a master's degree in clinical investigations from the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research at the University of Wisconsin, US, following his residency in food animal production medicine.
