Corn, soy futures may fall on healthy US crops
Corn and soy may fall on speculation that warm weather in the US Midwest will boost the yield potential of crops and accelerate development of plants before harvesting.
About 21 of 35 traders and analysts surveyed said corn would fall, while 20 said soy would drop.
Corn futures for December delivery rose 4.4 percent to US$3.1975 per bushel last week on the CBOT after touching an 11-month low on September 8.
November soy fell 2.1 percent to US$9.03 per bushel, the lowest weekly close since March.
