China Live Hog Weekly: Pre-festive buying underpins prices (week ended Sep 12, 2012)
Stable pre-festive buying supported hog prices to stay firm in China. Although releases increased in some provinces, overall hog supply remained stable. Demand for pork carcass in major wholesale centres increased by 0.69% over the week to 9,327 tonnes.
