Significant improvement in China poultry meat production

 

China's poultry market performance in the first half of 2005 had been good with significant price increases and production improvement. Broiler chick production had surged over previous years, while prices of de-feathered chickens and live chickens were generally higher as compared with those in the first half of 2004.
