China Whey Weekly: Prices climb on short supply (week ended Sep 10, 2012)
After the previous two weeks' 14% rally, whey buyers turned prudent. Nonetheless, low-protein whey prices continued to rise, albeit at a slower pace, amid short supplies. Compared with June, average whey prices have increased by 33%.
