China Modern Agricultural Information increases raw milk price by 4.5%
China Modern Agricultural Information announces that it has increased the price of raw milk sold by its subsidiary to US$0.55 per kilogramme, a 4.5% rise from the previous price of US$0.525 per kilogramme.
Youliang Wang, CEO of China Modern, said, "Our decision to raise prices was based on the strong demand for raw milk in China. We expect the new price increase to positively impact net income by 2.5%, or approximately US$470,000, for fiscal 2013."
