China Live Hog Weekly: Market ceases to climb amid stable supplies (week ended Sep 3, 2013)
Demand for meat slowly increased and carcass prices gained by 0.42%. As prices already moved to a higher end of range in the past two month, together with stable release of pigs over the past week, hog prices pulled back slightly in some regions.
