Ningbo Tech-bank to acquire Lanzhou Boya Feed

Ningbo Tech-bank Company said on (Sep 3) that the company would be acquiring  Lanzhou Boya Feed Company.

Lanzhou Boya Feed Company currently focuses on the production of concentrates and pre-mixed feed for livestock and aquatic animals and has two wholly-owned subsidiaries.

These are Jingtai Boya Feed Company and Zhangye Boya Feed Company, which markets the "Jienuo" brand of pre-mixed feed and the "Yugu" brand of concentrate and compound feed.
