Philippine Feed Weekly: Feed prices upward trend continue (week ended Aug 29, 2012)
The government is keeping its production target of 7.8 million tonnes due to expanded hectarage. Authorities say areas planted to corn were expanded to 5,000 hectares which is expected to add 2.5 tonnes to 4 tonnes in yield per hectare.
