Vietnam's agriculture sector to draw more FDI

 
 

Vietnam's agriculture sector has drawn 3% of total foreign direct investment (FDI) poured into the country and the figure is rising sharply, said Director Dang Kim Son.

 

Currently, there have been 20 FDI registering to invest in Vietnam's agriculture sector, while the figure was just four early this year.

 

Sharing the point of view with the director of Institute for Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development, Japan's DuPont East Asia Chairman Carl Lukach said Vietnam, a purely agricultural country, will be the destination for multi-national groups in fertilisers, saplings, and pesticides, etc.
