Russia's July poultry production rise 13.3% on-year

Russia's federal statistics service reported Tuesday (Aug 31) that the country has produced 214,000 tonnes of poultry in July, 13.3% more than in July 2009.

The federal statistics service said that Russia's poultry output in July was 1.4% less than in June.

The statistics service also stated poultry output in January-July increased 17.6% in comparison with January-July 2009, without giving output figures.
