Corn prices in China generally stable but move within a narrow range in some regions (Sep 1, 2005)

An eFeedLink exclusive report

Corn prices in China were generally stable, but moved within a narrow range in some regions early this week.

Prices generally remained firm in the north-eastern production regions.

In northern, north-western and south-western China, corn prices generally moved within a narrow range in recent days, amid limited quantities of new corn released into local markets.

Meanwhile, prices in northern ports such as Dalian and Jinzhou have edged higher, due to reduced supplies of good quality corn there.
